Rose Linn is a campus, offering various levels of care options in one setting including extended/skilled nursing care, memory care, and residential care. We believe it is essential for family members to tour our facility to explore which level of care best meets the needs of their loved one. Case managers, discharge planners and family members work closely together to coordinate a move to Rose Linn. Families quickly discover that we can manage their loved one’s care and service needs seamlessly – moving their loved one to and from the appropriate level of care when needed. Below is a brief overview of what our campus has to offer. We invite you to explore each level of care further.
Extended/Skilled Nursing Care
Rose Linn Care Center is our 70-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) providing extended care. We specialize in caring for those with dementia and for those needing end-of-life care. Rose Linn specializes in managing the behaviors that often accompany each stage of dementia.
Rose Linn Vintage Place has an endorsed memory care community for those with memory loss or dementia. We can care for up to 40 residents.
Residential care at Rose Linn Vintage Place supports residents needing assistance with their activities of daily living – bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, mobility and medication management. We offer a wide range of competitively priced services in studio, one-bedroom and semiprivate apartments. Monthly rates and service fees are based on a preadmission assessment and ongoing care and service needs. We can provide care for up to 30 residents.
