Skilled Nursing Care at Rose Linn Care Center
Rose Linn Care Center specializes in skilled nursing care, providing solutions for people who have disabilities or chronic illnesses. We recognize that our residents don’t always come to us by choice, but by necessity. With much intention, we develop a care plan that helps each person live life to the fullest – every day. Care plans are built from each resident’s needs, their doctor’s recommendations, and input from the resident’s responsible party. We strive to make living here at Rose Linn as rewarding as possible. That is our promise!
Our facility offers comprehensive rehabilitation services. We also cater to residents diagnosed with late-stage Alzheimer’s or other related dementias. Chronic illnesses or dementia prevent most residents from being able to perform certain basic activities of daily living – bathing, dressing, grooming and eating – without help. Rose Linn Care Center provides 24-hour supervision and nursing to our residents. We seek to promote the highest quality of life for our residents with the greatest consideration and respect.

- 24-hour licensed nursing care and supervision
- Certified nursing assistants on staff 24 hours each day
- Special diets and nutrition monitoring by a licensed dietician

- Medication management and administration including injections
- Skin and wound care

- Planned activities, programs and social opportunities which include community outings

Our Continuum of Care
What makes Rose Linn Care Center unique is it’s continuum of care. Sometimes moving home after a loved one’s rehabilitation feels worrisome, or “off”. Our community offers some additional options. Rose Linn Vintage Place provides residential and memory care, located on the same campus. Our continuum of care means individuals can obtain the level of care that best suits them in their aging journey with ease.
