Extended/Skilled Nursing Care

It’s only natural to feel helpless over what to do about the medical and healthcare challenges that have overtaken the life of your loved one. Fortunately, Rose Linn Care Center can be part of the solution. At Rose Linn Care Center, we provide residential care and/or skilled nursing. More importantly, we provide experience and understanding.

Let us help you and your loved one regain control and dignity. Rose Linn Care Center provides long-term care. We specialize in providing care solutions for people who have disabilities or chronic illnesses and for residents diagnosed with late-stage Alzheimer’s or other related dementias. Chronic illnesses or dementia prevent most residents from being able to perform certain basic activities of daily living – bathing, dressing, grooming and eating – without the help of others. Rose Linn Care Center provides 24-hour supervision and nursing to our residents.

We recognize that our residents don’t always come to us by choice, but by necessity. Based on each resident’s needs, their doctor’s recommendations, and input from the resident’s responsible party, we’ll develop a care plan that helps each person live life to the fullest – every day. We strive to make living here at Rose Linn as rewarding as possible. That is our promise.
