Ann-Marie has been in the health care industry for about 9 years. Previous to her career in health care she was a caregiver for her grandfather, who had late onset dementia, for 4 years while working full time. This experience led Ann-Marie to change her career focus to the health care industry. She enjoys being an administrator as she has a passion for seniors and the desire to serve older adults, especially in memory care. Ann-Marie enjoys listening to residents and their history and offers support to our residents, family and staff in a home like environment.
Ann-marie is Puerto Rican, raised in Southern California, and moved to Oregon in 1996 with her family. Ann-Marie and her family love dogs and in her spare time, she is hiking with her husband, son and daughter, exploring more of Oregon, traveling to other areas, movies, music and crafting.
Lynn joined the Rose Linn Vintage team in October of 2018 as a Director of Health Services. Lynn began her career in nursing 20 years ago, which was always her passion. Her family, colleagues, and residents inspire her every morning and always complete her psychologically and physically with their passion to make it a good day.
Lynn and her husband have two daughters and the family keeps her on her toes, never a dull moment. Lynn and her husband love to travel together. In her free time, she loves to do dancing, play the cello, decorate, listed to all kinds of music with all kinds of people. Bucket list location is Ko Lanta Island off Thailand.
Working in a wide spectrum of healthcare atmospheres, Ian has been in the healthcare industry since 1995. Ian joined the RLVP team in May of 2019. He has a BS degree in Healthcare Administration and has managed a few senior and mental health facilities in the Portland area. His heart is in memory care after navigating through it with his father’s diagnosis of FTD at age 54. Because of his experience with his father’s disease, Ian identifies strongly with the memory care residents and the emotional strain it puts on the family and friends.
Ian enjoys decorating for holidays -any holidays. During the Christmas season, Ian and his partner of 12 years will decorate their house by setting up about 20 trees inside and Santa and his reindeer outside. Ian also enjoys traveling and hopes to make it back to see the glaciers along Alaska’s coast again soon.
