We are proud of our team members, some of whom have been committed to caring for our residents for many years. Each provides experience, understanding and a caring touch.

We pride ourselves on the service and commitment that we provide to the seniors in our community and also the seniors of Clackamas County. We are proud to call each other family and we look forward to meeting you and welcoming your family member to join us.

Ann Marie Segarra – Administrator

Ann Marie Segarra-Alvarado – Executive Director 

Ann-Marie has been in the health care industry for about nine years. Previous to her career in health care she was a caregiver for her grandfather, who had late-onset dementia, for four years while working full time. This experience led Ann-Marie to change her career focus to the health care industry. She enjoys being the Executive Director here at RLVP, as she has a passion for seniors and the desire to serve older adults, especially in memory care. Ann-Marie enjoys listening to residents and their history and offers support to our residents, family and staff in a home-like environment.

Ann-Marie is Puerto Rican, raised in Southern California, and moved to Oregon in 1996 with her family. Ann-Marie and her family love dogs, and in her spare time she is hiking with her husband, son and daughter, exploring more of Oregon, traveling to other areas, and enjoying movies, music and crafting.

 

 

 

 


Maddie Turner- Director of Health Services, RN   

Maddie is an Oregon native who has roots in the Portland area. After graduating from West Linn High School, she attended Dominican University of California to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Attending school in the Bay Area allowed her to gain experience in a multitude of environments and health care cultures. The onset of COVID-19 had begun in the final semester of Maddie’s schooling while she was precepting in an ICU. Despite the onset of COVID, Maddie graduated with the Academic Excellence Award for having the highest grades in her nursing cohort. Upon graduation, Maddie returned to her home in West Linn and joined the team at Rose Linn as a medication technician. She found enjoyment in the one-on-one connections that long term care encourages between residents and care staff. After acquiring her RN license, Maddie was brought onto the clinical management team. Maddie intertwines her experiences as a care staff on the floor with her perspectives gained during university to support residents as one of our valued nurses.  


Brittany Ferland- Resident Care Manager

Brittany graduated from nursing school at the top of her class in 2018 and immediately began her nursing career. She has experience in a variety of healthcare settings. She began work at Rose Linn Care Center in January 2019 as a charge nurse before being promoted to the Resident Care Manager position in the memory care unit at Rose Linn Vintage Place. Prior to becoming a nurse, Brittany led a top performing consumer services team for an American multinational corporation headquartered in Oregon.

Brittany has always found joy helping others and looks forward to coming to work each day to make a difference in lives of others. She is an advocate for our residents and works hard to promote quality of life and dignity. Brittany has been married for 13 years and has two daughters. She moved to Oregon 10 years ago after her husband left active duty in the military. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, gardening in her greenhouse, family time and playing with her 2 dogs.

 

 

 


Norma Sigala – Staffing Coordinator

Norma Sigala –  Resident Care Coordinator

Norma has been living in Oregon for five year and has been working for Rose Linn Vintage Place since July 2019. She is married and has eight children. Her work in assisted living and memory care communities started in 1995 and at that moment she knew helping the elderly community was her passion. 

Norma started at Rose Linn Vintage Place as a staffing coordinator in July 2019.  She has since been promoted (January 2021) as a Resident Care Coordinator for our resident care community. Norma has grown alongside RLVP and is skillful in both the clinical and operational sectors of our facility.

An enthusiastic person who loves filling in the gaps where needed, Norma seeks out  collaborative discussions that culminate into great ideas. She approaches business and life outside the office with an innovative perspective. She is a dedicated, hardworking person and eager to work together with her team to make a difference in people’s lives.

Kristen Stokes- LPN/Resident Care Manager

Kristen is an Oregon Native, raised in Corvallis. She has always exuded a passion for helping others. As a child, she would go to nursing homes to sing Christmas carols and play piano recitals. It was in these early childhood memories that she felt her calling for nursing care. Kristen continued on to work in many healthcare settings in a variety of departments including dietary, medical records, activities and eventually getting her CNA in 2011 then Graduating Nursing School in 2013. 

Kristen began working in Care Management in 2021 and is elated to be a part of the RLVP team.  Her work ethic and dedication are driven by her passion for providing the highest quality care and comfort for the residents. 

Kristen is excited to assist the RLVP team to ensure the companies values of Trust, Integrity and Dignity are achieved for each person on their journey. 

In her spare time Kristen and her two sons enjoy the beautiful outdoors, fishing, discovering new parks, and relaxing at home with their pet chinchilla. 

 

 

 

 


Caren Corona– Dietary Assistant Manager

Caren has been working in the health care and food service industry since 2009, and joined the Rose Linn Vintage Place team 3 years ago.  Her first role with us was working as a dishwasher and she was promptly promoted internally. She then worked as a prep cook, and soon was became the lead cook. Now, she is our Dietary Assistant Manager and her journey has been an inspiration to witness.  Caren has been the Dietary Assistant Manager for approximately a year now.  Caren is married to her husband of 3 yrs and has a beautiful child.  Caren is always eager to learn new things from her team and loves to help others. She enjoys providing food service to the elderly. Day in and day out, she does her best to make sure the quality of food she serves is excellent.
