Welcome to Rose Linn
Welcome to the Rose Linn Community!
The Rose Linn community proudly offers a continuum of care. As your loved one’s needs change, we are here to support them. Rose Linn Vintage Place offers memory care and residential care services. Rose Linn Care Center offers extended and skilled (24-hour) nursing care. In both settings, residents feel at home. Our staff believe that caring for your loved one requires not just an understanding of symptoms, but an understanding of people. The Rose Linn campus is conveniently located ½ mile off of I-205 in beautiful West Linn.
Take your time in looking over our menu of services. View the virtual tours of each building, and explore what our Activity Department offers to our residents. Our industrial sized kitchen and resident chef provides individuals with the nourishment they need, no matter where they are in their aging and healing journey. Lastly, get to know our staff, and peruse the testimonials of families we have served. We hope you visit the Rose Linn Community for a tour soon!
The Mission of Rose Linn
We seek to positively influence the lives of each resident and the staff who care for them. We strive to make life as good as it can be.
