The campus of Rose Linn consists of two main buildings. The first of which is Rose Linn Care Center, offering skilled nursing. Additionally, we offer extended care services, also known as intermediate care. This part of our campus accepts private pay, Medicaid, Medicare, and hospice payor sources. Note that the details surrounding each move-in are tended to carefully by a team of care managers, RLCC leadership, discharge planners and family members. The second facility on our campus is Rose Linn Vintage Place. Here, we provide both residential care and memory care services. Rose Linn Vintage Place accepts Private and Medicaid payor sources. Each building comes equipped with its own care staff, nurses, activity directors, office management and leadership team. Located in West Linn, our community is easily accessible from I-205. Our quaint campus is just 1/2 mile off the freeway, tucked into the lush hills of NW Oregon. Rose Linn offers multiple care options within our secured campus. They include extended/skilled nursing care, residential care, and memory care.
